"From the minute we entered Hotel Keppler, perfection was everywhere. Although we arrived very early for check-in, room was readied within 15 minutes. Friendly smiles greeted us from the doorman who gave us a tour of the impressive public places. Breakfast was a treat with attentive and friendly service. Request an omelet, and it came warm and delicious in minutes. We lingered, to enjoy the bountiful spread of food options. The decor was amazing, filled with art and and comfortable seating....

"overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star."
