The reception staff arranged an upgraded room after having problems with the door lock of our initial room. Housekeeping, ground staff and restaurant staff all do an excellent job. We also liked the hotel being set back off the business of the Main Street. A nice vibe around the beautiful pool and bar, we recommend the Mercure as a lovely place to stay. "

"Stayed for a couple of nights at Bayview. Amazing staff members, great location to duty free shops and banks. Ample parking area outside of building. The room size including washroom was just right for a pleasant stay. The sea view Kings suite was worth spending extra bucks."
