"I feel like the pool should be split into kids vs adults. The adult swim was only 8 am -10 am which is not enough time. As adults we enjoy the nightlife in Atlantic City so making the adult swim at that time is just not it. I paid a lot of money for the relaxation and it was bombarded with kids. I think they should say it’s a kids hotel instead of advertising it as a adult hotel"

"This is a great hotel if you literally are here for gambling only and do not plan on stepping out of the casino. Atlantic City is so run down and the hotel rooms themselves were pretty outdated and well used. The pics online make it seem way more majestic than it really is. We were treated like another annoyance with each employee interaction even though at most we asked for directions. No one was friendly and everyone seemed over it. Glad we only stayed1 night"

"The good: very clean, hot water on demand, very quiet, great view of the fire station! The so-so, bed was lumpy or just worn out. A/C sounded like a washing machine when it ran, pushed out cold air but didn’t seem to keep the room cool. Refrigerator made noise but the A/C drowned that out. Shower curtain rod threatening to fall off the wall, and both tub and sink drains need to cleaned out. Staff couldn’t answer questions about miscellaneous charges. "The whole place was very huge and very confusing to found the tower where we were staying and there were limited staff around to help. I know (self parking) means self, however, a little help getting from self parking garage back to the hotel safely and accurately will be greatly appreciated."

"My stay at resort Casino was quite pleasant. I went for a short day with my family for a weekend getaway. The rooms were tidy and clean, but outdated. The front desk was efficient and fast. We were on the second floor so didn’t have much of an ocean view. Resorts casino is conveniently close to the boardwalk. There is a strong smell of smoke that lingers throughout the hotel so be prepared for that. Overall, I’d recommend resort casino for a quick staycation."
