The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I noted and told the front desk that the bracket for shower was starting to come down. Had issues with some of the lamps blinking while on. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. They had a continental breakfast also.

The staff was great. As far as the room. The sheets had stains on them, couldn't watch the TV bad reception. The ice machine was broken on every floor. Had to go all the way downstairs to use the one down there. Air conditioner was on point, the breakfast was ok if you're a junk food eater. All sweets no protein. Other than that my stay was ok

The staff at the front desk was great when we expressed wanting a refund. The lock to the door was broken and the window closed but did not lock. The bathroom was not cleaned and the curtains had holes throughout.

We stayed for just one night instead of two. We could not take the smell of the room. We have stayed in a pet friendly hotel room before but they’re not like this. The property is too old and needs renovation. The staff however is nice enough to give us a refund for our last night .

The staff was all about business. NOT a warm welcome to ease my mind in an a place away from home. The carpet in our room was clean and in good condition other wise the place is a bit rundown and need updating. Furniture is outdated. The complementary breakfast is horrible and in poor taste with very very few choices. There were lots of flies in breakfast area. There was a gentleman I’m not sure whether he was a guest or a staff member who we met in the elevator he looked creepy. He was begging for something he claimed could apparently put him to sleep. He was asking guests what room they were staying in. The police were seen frequently on premises. I will NOT book a stay at that place again.

This hotel is the epitome of the adage, you get what you pay for. I needed a room near Atlantic City for 1 night during Labor Day weekend. The hotel is a quick 15 minute drive to AC. The property is old and could use a good makeover. The place could use a good cleaning staring with getting rid of the flies in the lobby and food area. My room needed to be vacuumed and dusted and there were long strands of hair in several places. The chairs and ottoman were all stained. The tub was a bit concave and made it unsteady to stand in. The water did not drain as I showered. There were cracks in multiple places that had been patched. On the positive side there is ample parking and the lot is well lit. The pool looked decent but I didn't have time to use it. The continental breakfast buffet seemed okay but there were flies around so I only had a coffee. The room had a TV, safe,ironing board, microwave and mini fridge. The ac was strong and the linens were clean and bed was comfy. Overall I got what I paid for, a room fairly close to AC for a fraction of the boardwalk hotel prices.It could have been better, but it could have been worse.

Usually love staying here they have a great pool... I left another hotel they had an indoor pool so I could take advantage of the outdoor pool on two hot days only to find out that even the pool is all set up with chairs and looks great, they haven't gotten clearance from the county or something to open it up. So I ended up going to another hotel about 2 miles up the road that has an outdoor pool and so now I'm here paying for two hotels for two nights. Also this morning I tried to watch TV and the cable wasn't working.... A very frustrating stay.

The saying goes, you get what you pay for. First, just from the outside of the property you can see dead bushes, water stains on each floor coming from the air conditioners. There was a red stain in the bath tub. The lamp shades in the room and throughout the hotel look like they’ve been eaten by moths. The dirt and dust on the elevator floor, the ice machines on the 6, 5, and 3rd floors were not working. I wouldn’t even think about using the coffee machine or the microwave in the room. The headboards of our beds were chipped or worn out. All it takes is some good cleaning skills, a fresh coat of paint and maybe it is livable. I never complain or leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t even shower in there! I took a nice hot shower when I got home. I was literally afraid to touch anything. Lastly, not such a good area either. I wouldn’t go there with small children.

Firstly, the breakfast timing was changed from 7:00 to 10:00, although the website indicated it was available from 7:00 to 10:00; it was actually altered to 6:30 to 9:30. Secondly, the sink was clogged, and the handle to turn on the water was practically detached; I had to use my hand to operate it since it would not turn on. The clock was not functional as it was unplugged. As someone who typically wakes up at night to check the time, I had to turn on the light and look at my phone, but the light bulb was not working. The only positive aspect was that the bed was comfortable and the pillows were satisfactory. However, I did not enjoy the breakfast at all. Additionally, there was no USB port in the room! In 2026, USB ports are ubiquitous in all establishments, but this hotel lacked one. Regarding the television channels, I mostly watched the news, as there was nothing else of interest. The towels provided were excessively small given the price paid, which was quite expensive. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience.
