"First of all, the amenities were above and beyond what we expected, having breakfast brought to our room each day, having wine and cheese in the afternoon before dinner and then milk and cookies at night. Coffee and tea, plus water, iced tea, lemonade and candy available 24 hrs per day was fantastic. at The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was very nice. Even had an outdoor terrace. Would definitely recommend this place for any vacationers!!!"

"We stayed overnight at The Spectator for a quick trip to Charleston. Fantastic location just a few blocks from Waterfront Park, close to King Street and great shopping. Fast valet service, experienced butlers and comfortable, spacious rooms. The breakfast in bed was a lovely finish to our stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a Beautiful two bedroom suite. Perfectly located for shopping and entertainment. We were visiting for college of Charleston orientation and were 2 minutes or less walk to everywhere we needed to be on campus. Kelsey and John were welcoming, made check in a breeze and responded to any inquiries within a few minutes. Will be back and highly recommend 360 king for a stay in Charleston !"

"Beautiful hotel and pool . Would be nice if they had more options for food . In addition, if they had more options for snacks at the front . A restaurant in the hotel and an inside bar would be appreciated. They had this next door at the other hotel, but I believe that it opens at 4. Towel warmers at the pool is a nice feature . However, being told that the towels all have chips in them and if not returned , you are charged 25 per towel . I do know that even if this is possible , which it is...

"The staff went above and beyond. They all are true gems. Especially Jacqueline. She’s just amazing helping us with our air con, fan and getting the TV to work. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. "We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. "The pool is everything! The staff is so kind. The interior is gorgeous. You have bikes available and can cycle around the city. But it is centrally located so easy to walk around as well. I had the best facial I have ever had in my life and you have to treat yourself to the energy balls they make from scratch. Quite delicious! I only had unique and delicious food from the pool and restaurant. A Mediterranean flare which was very unique. 5 stars!!!"

"Electrical/wifi needs updating. There was no place To charge devices unless you brought your own charging cube no late checkout available for late flight. No assistance available to and from airport. Overall, overprice for what you get"

"The Nickel was outstanding. We have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels around Charleston, (hotel Bennett, the dewberry etc) and the Nickel is by far our favorite. It’s beautifully designed and feels fresh and brand new. The kitchenette actually came in handy numerous times. We took advantage of the free bike rentals and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back."
