"We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome."

It was well maintained and staffed a good selection of items to choose from,,And I’m not a breakfast person, We had coffee available in our room, but no creamer. The shower pressure was marginal and the tub wasn’t very clean. The lack of two chairs on the balcony was a bit odd. when we first arrived, we wanted some drinks and there wasn’t any ice available, I went to the front desk and the lady upfront was nice enough to go get us some....

"This property is in need of a refresh. The location near the harbor is nice, but the hotel is quite dated and shabby. There is a strong smell of deoderizer throughout. We were offered a room with a pullout couch and when we arrived, it was a rollaway cot that was clearly decades old. We checked out."

"An absolutely lovely hotel in all regards other than the street noise. The location, rooms, staff, design are all first rate. The street noise through the single pane windows makes it seem like you are on 2nd Avenue in NYC. They can’t change them due to the historic nature and they do try to mitigate with white noise machines, but still very noisy. So bring your ear plugs and enjoy the lovely, lovely hotel"

"Beautifully appointed hotel. Service was great and staff were friendly. Our 1 bedroom suite was large and comfortable and was cleaned everyday. There's wine, cheese and crackers at the library area next to the lobby from 5-6 pm nightly, which was nice. There's a complimentary breakfast basket, containing a rotating offering of egg/cheese biscuit or coffee cake/scone with fresh fruit during our 5 day stay. We dined at the in house restaurant once and food there was excellent."
