"The property was exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped except no potholders recommend bringing some. The dryer did not dry well took 3 cycles to dry clothes but that didn’t really affect our stay. The rental company answered all our questions and were prompt to respond which was appreciated. Would book again. "

"This was a family trip, traveling with nine grandkids ranging 4yrs to 13 and seven adults. House had so much potential but was not well maintained. "Unfortunately, when we arrived we found: the beds were broken, the trash cans were full of old garbage, the bedding had a bad smell and was yellow. There was one afternoon when the door code mechanism stopped working and the Villa could not be locked. We risk leaving it like this since all this will harm our itinerary. We are completely sincere."

"Do not rent this property!!! It is not up to Champions Gate Standards. When we arrived the house smelled like a body was in it. We eventually found old meat in the oven covered in maggots. The place looked like squatters had been living there. The beds were not made. Old food was in the fridge, the pool was dirty. Furniture is old and bad condition.
