"I gave staff & Service an average rating because when I first got there, they were friendly and courteous. On the day that I had to check out. It was not the case. They barely acknowledged me, didn't thank me for staying with them, the service was mediocre. What changed I have no idea. I was nice, courteous, treating the staff with respect and didn't cause any problems."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My hot water was out and they were at my room 10minutes and had it fixed. Their breakfast is awesome best selection of cooked food and make your own waffles. I wish the TV had a channel guide other wise I will stay there again when I'm in orlando"
