We check in on 08/05/2025 for two nights stay that’s when the nightmare starts
At first look everything looked good we left our bags and went out for the night
When we came back around 10pm the room was warm not really warm but warmer the when we got there
As the night progressed the ac not only wasn’t cooling the room but also making all kinds of noises to make things worse the bed was also making noise and the sink in the bathroom was clogged overall it just was a night Fromm he’ll
The next morning I expressed my concerns to the manager on duty and told her that I was not satisfied with the room and since we had one more night I wasn’t going to stay under those conditions and I also asked to be refunded for the night
She replied by saying that before she could refund the night we needed to change room or get things fixed in the current room so I told her that I would like to change room
When we checked out on 08/07/2025 I asked about the refund for the first night and they said that they wouldn’t refund the money because we changed room so i pointed out at 100% satisfaction guarantee and she said it didn’t apply
I feel like a was cheated and given the runaround
I expect some action to be taken from the company tha I booked from
