"We liked best the central location in High Street. So easy to walk to the shopping centres and restaurants/ bakeries all close by. Also easy to walk to the Tudor House, an attraction that I enjoyed visiting. It's value for money. The elevator (lift) is old-style, so be prepared that it can take at most 2 big luggages and one person. Thank you Beatrix, you have been so helpful in giving me directions, and in calling our taxi for our ride to nearby Southampton cruise terminal. CCTV...

No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. "The room was nice, the bathroom was tiny, but clean. Barely enough room for once person. Good tea and coffee facilities. The room was not good value due to the inflated price as it was a Take That concert, but overall it was a nice hotel. It was an easy 30 minutes walk to the St. Mary’s Stadium for the concert. The carpark at the hotel was good, £20 for 24 hours, which was ok."
