"Hotel staff and concierge were great. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. The restaurant and pub seemed to have staffing problems and were not attentive. The facility is showing it's age, however. Still, it was convenient to the mall for shopping. A little to far to walk to the Horizon cruise terminal with any luggage, but the concierge hooked us up with a taxi."

"We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits.
