"Room was large and comfortable. Hotel is outdated, AC control and efficiency are horrible. No ice makers anywhere. Shower is super slippery. Transportation from airport to hotel is horrible. Such large hotel and transport only fits 8. It’s definitely not a Meliá type of hotel. Would not stay again. "

"Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome. "

"How you don’t say went we buy a tickect for Madrid España we need to have a visa just for get another fly in Mexico and you keep all my 1,700 dollars that not nice "
