"I stayed at Pembroke Inn Hotel from December 24th to December 31st, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is located right in downtown Toronto, and it even snowed during my stay, which made the trip extra special. Names of mention Cameron Carr, Concierge of the Year, Alex, Princess, Jake, Danny L, Aman, Young Mi-Lee, John and all of the fellows who greet and help in every way possible. This hotel is our favourite and we endeavour to have at least two 3-5 day stays a year. 5* from check-in to check-out. "
