"Overall a good stay, friendly staff, awesome gym, nice pool and beautiful hotel! Upon check in we were introduced to what appeared to be a clean and classy room, however we stumbled upon a couple of surprises 😅 baby roaches living in the fridge - we reported this immediately and the manager prepared a new room for us and did a deep inspection on the new room. From then on, our stay was pleasant and cosy. Aircon works exceedingly well. ❄️ Food - breakfast and poolside bar/resto were excellent. Gym was clean and fully functional, surprisingly bigger than expected. The swimming pool was constantly being cleaned. A great stay! "

"Very very noisy! I had to call down 3 times before I was taken seriously as there was banging, door slamming, arguing starting from 8pm -3 am. Despite calling I do not feel I was taken seriously. Also felt unsafe."

"Stayed at Toyoko Inn Cebu for my first few days in the Philippines, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for getting acclimated. The biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet, which was far better than expected with a wide variety of choices and plentiful selections each morning. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room itself was very small and minimalist, and the property feels a little dated in some areas, but everything was functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. One unexpected highlight was the patio area with a great view, which made for a relaxing place to unwind. The location attached to SM J Mall was extremely convenient and made it easy to access food, shopping, transportation, and essentials during those first couple days in Cebu. Overall, a very practical and worthwhile stay with strong value for the price. Airport shuttle included and the breakfast were the highlights! Would stay here again. "
