"Staff in the skybike didn't put harness & not well trained. Don't answer calls. Few signages going to the ecopark so u will get lost. No internet nor cellphone network. "I stayed with my family over New Years! This place could be amazing although needs a few maintenance updates. The staff need to be focused on their jobs, we had bottle and cups outside our room until we eventually cleared ourselves.
