"Due to Typhoon arrived a day earlier than my bookings. Very efficiently and politely at midnight Reception arranged an extra night for my bookings, combined all so I did not have to change rooms. Less than 15 minutes after arrival I was in my room. After a 9 hour journey involving ferry n bus the effi iency at Reception was a great comfort. Thankyou all staff. "

"The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high...
