"Staff went above and beyond, advice, sunscreen, whatever we needed. Beyond that the availability of Fiji and Pelegrino waters was awesome to stay hydrated during a hot spell in Charleston"

"This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!"

"We were disappointed for a $500+ per night hotel. Mold in the shower, poop from the previous guest on the toilet. No turn down service that was advertised. Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel."

About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. The entire place was super clean, my wife said the entire place smelled wonderful. The staff was terrific. The boys that took us anywhere we wanted to go in Charleston at no charge with the hotel Jeep, were so great. The waitresses at the roof top restaurant, the front desk staff and everyone that worked there were so friendly and...
