"Ideal location for walking to points of interest around Charleston. Most importantly accommodations were very clean, room was spacious and staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Charleston especially if they don’t have a car."

"Parking is offsite about 3 blocks away. 25 dollars a day. Pretty steep. The place is old and outdated but has some charm to it. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are outdated and could use some work. Window unit AC in the room extremely noisy and not very efficient. Was really humid in the room. "

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Restaurant and courtyard were great to eat, drink, do a little work and get some sun. Gym is adequate for a quick workout. Walking distance to the harbor, bay, and all the great food and drink in town along, with historical sights. Staff was great."

"Parking valet seems expensive until you try to find parking elsewhere and realize it's even more expensive to park in one of the decks overnight. The breakfast and happy hour wine/cheese was a really fun thing to do each day during transition hours. The room upstairs is so nice with great views. Everyone was very friendly. The location cannot be beat. "
