"I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). "Our stay was amazing! The place was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to the metro, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded promptly to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
