The tradeoff is being away from the busy tourist zone in a less expensive place but with all of PV accessible. "Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. "

For the most part kids stayed in the kid pool so the adult pool was very relaxing. My room was modern and very clean. "Stayed at the Sunset Plaza for 8 days with my wife this January. It was our first time there and it did not disappoint! Awas a great place to stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the ocean view was amazing. There are 3 restaurants on resort, all of them providing a wide range of selections. No greasy, questionable buffets here, all made to order meals with menus that change every night. It was nice to have good meals and not walk away stuffed to the point of being uncomfortable. ...
