"Mi estancia en el hotel fue solo por una noche para conectar vuelos local y trasatlántico. Hice el check-in online asi que a mi llegada al hotel fué muy rápido obtener mi llave. Hacía mucho alor en Madrid y me proporcionaron una llave adicional para mantener el AC encendido. Lo elegí por la ubicación y porque tiene beneficios Silver y Gold. "This hotel is centrally located next to Plaza Mayor, where there are many dining and shopping options. Walking distance to the Royal Palace and other historical sites. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable bedding. Bathrooms have good showers. Staff were helpful and courteous. There was a bit of noise coming from the streets due to its central location. But overall we had a great stay!"
