"Excellent stay"

"Absoulety gorgeous hotel, food, service was incredible and staff were so welcoming warm and professional. Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. I found it inappropriate as no one else was using the facilities and pool or spa at the time and we were the only ones there I appreciate...

"Our room was really spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bed itself was huge. There is a restaurant/ bar attached which served nice drinks and had a nice seating area outdoors. The staff were very welcoming and checking in and out was easy. We stayed in this hotel as we were attending a concert in the Principality Stadium. It was the perfect location for this as it was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel."

"The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional.What a lovely place and lovely people."
