"Nice looking hotel in a lovely location. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park making it ideal to get out and about either walking, hiking, and cycling in the surrounding area.
Waterfall country is about a 30 minute drive away.
Very friendly and polite staff.
Food was on the slightly pricey side but it was excellent quality.
Can’t comment on the pool, spa or gym facilities as we did not use them.
The hotel ceilings as well as the room we stayed in...

"We stayed for one night. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and our room was spacious, although the décor felt tired and in need of updating.
The biggest issue was room service. The welcome book said orders had to be placed at reception, so I queued there, only to be sent to the bar. The staff member at the bar didn't know how to process room service orders, which I didn't mind, but then suggested I return to reception. After explaining I'd been sent from there, a supervisor...

"The location was perfect for access into Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We finished off our stay with a lovely breakfast."
