"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "Generally a nice hotel in the heart of Monte Carlo. Had a great view of the Hairpin. Room was what expected from a Fairmont as well as breakfast. My only criticism was reception and the concierge was a little crazy and as 2 women were regularly overlooked. Being a man seems key"
"I don’t know where to start. First the hotel and it amenities were more then I expected. It was my honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The house keeping team works around the clock to keep that place tip top. The spa is amazing it has multiple saunas all types of shower with different styles and settings it was incredible. They even have an ice maker making snow like ice to cool you down. The jacuzzi pool and tub is top notch. All the staff works so hard to make you stay the best. The art work though out the hotel is like a museum with elegant style. My favorite the best place I’ve stayed in. 5 stars "
