"We loved this hotel. Very fun vibe, extremely helpful staff, fabulous breakfast, good location, nice workout room. Everything was super clean. Two standout staff were Katarina, who helped us when we wanted to figure out our itinerary for two days on ChatGPT and printed it for us, and Marta, who gave got us duct tape from engineering when the zipper on our suitcase broke. The breakfast was incredible and had many healthy options and dairy free options as well as less healthy options. It included a coffee machine with espresso and Americana decaf, vegetable stir fry, smoothies, amazing bread, eggs, meats, and yogurt."

"This hotel is just incredible! Everything about it is top class but none more so than their staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever known. They couldn’t do enough for you, especially the two Ines’. They were an absolute credit to the hotel and you could tell how much they loved working there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and so personable. The location is great, a short walk to most attractions and the shops. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a lovely bonus to have in a city hotel. We ate in their restaurant a few times and that was lovely, Thassia was fab! The guys who greeted us (sorry I didn’t get their names) and took our bags were also so kind. The decor of this hotel is beautiful and modern. I can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Thank you for a great stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!"

"The property has an amazing view but it’s a slight trek to the main shopping areas. I stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved having the view and clean space. The only downside was housekeeping coming into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. It was alarming to come back to see that our room was made up when we did not request it. The cups at the rooftop terrace were also a bit dirty."

"The hotel has an excellent staff, very gentle. The ubication is Porto is very convenient, close to Metro station. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is complete with a variety of meals. 100% RECOMMENDED."
