"My stay at SLS Cancun was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I kept my wallet containing cash inside the room safe. Two days later, I opened the safe and discovered that $150 USD was missing. Given that the wallet had been stored in the safe, this was very concerning. What made the situation even worse was the hotel's response. After reporting the issue, I received little communication from management. On the day of checkout, I had to seek out staff myself for an update. Nobody proactively...

"This was our third time at this hotel. The service is very nice. Our first room was a complete disaster. No towels, no TV, no phone, and most importantly, no air conditioning. After two days of complaining about the heat at night, they finally offered us another room... smaller, of course. But the air conditioning did work. The food isn't the best, with little variety for children. Just hot dogs, quesadillas, and mac and cheese. There are few evening activities. The beach towel service was awful...

"No recomiendo el hospedaje en este hotel a menos que corras con tu propio riesgo A la llegada la habitación que nos registraron estaba tapado el desagüe de la regadera y se reportó y no dieron asistencia hasta el día siguiente que volvimos a solicitar cambiar de habitación ya que nos inundamos y también entró la humedad debido a que la ventana tenía un desperfecto y tenía un hueco grande, para continuar los meseros no te atienden teníamos que esperar más de 35 min para que llevaran una bebida...
