The lines for food was crazy. If you showed up for breakfast at breakfast time you would wait 3 hours to eat. What is posted online as features of this resort ARE NOT what is actually in the resort. It is like a completely different resort. The kids pool is cool but in desperate need of a reno, the cement is all cut up and rips up feet. There are no fridges in the room, even though it states that there are fridges on expedia. The staff were nice but the resort itself was not great. Nice beach though.

We had a great time, the food was good, most of the staff was friendly and helpful and the highlight is definitively the calm and kid friendly beach. We went with our kids, and it was a wonderful beach for them to explore, swim and have fun. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bedroom did not have a balcony.

Our stay at Oasis Palm – All Inclusive (Dec 24–29, 2025) was disappointing and not worth the price. The arrival and check-in process was extremely disorganized. Entry to the property was confusing, and check-in was split into two separate lines—one for registration and another for room key activation—each taking nearly an hour. There was no welcome drink, water, seating, or clear guidance, and staff were not helpful or comfortable communicating in English. After a long journey, the lack of support and poor guest handling was frustrating. The room was a decent size but very basic, with missing amenities on day one, no bathroom lock, no shower door, a non-functional locker, and foul-smelling bathroom water. Food service was another major issue: despite advertising multiple restaurants, reservations were only in person with 1–2 hour waits, leaving guests dependent on one crowded buffet with repetitive food and very limited vegetarian options. We had to eat outside the resort on multiple days. Access to drinking water was difficult, bar options were limited with long queues, and beach chairs were insufficient and poorly managed. Overall, the resort does not deliver a true all-inclusive experience and does not justify the cost. I would not recommend this property.

Is good for money, there is probable more fancy all inclusive but this is good for price. Room are little old but don't smell bad or something and hygienes is good so will recommend is fun for kids. Has many restaurants to change feel like in small town

The hotel itself was great. Just the app to do reservations for dinner never worked. Asked staff regarding this no other solution for dinner reservations so we had to eat Dinner buffet all week without getting to try anything more. Drinks and bars and pool where amazing.

This is a great hotel but if you are traveling with wheel chair or walker the hotel really need to figure out how yo get an elevator to the pool area from the rooms .the ramps the offer are to incline that if your not strong enough you can lose grip and have an accident!!!! Food was great waiter awesome Leonardo and Francisco from the main buffet are spectacular. No AC in the pizza place thatsuvks

Liked the amenities, kids club was great. Restaurants had great selection. Wish the sales staff had been completely honest and up front. As we were told the Oasis bucks could get two 25min massages where as it only covered part of one. Likewise the tours said the Xal-ha was a 1 hr bus ride and it was actually 1.75hpura away and I found that misleading and annoying.

Amazing place for family we are a familof 5 with 3 kids they just love it and enjoyed alot and the food options amazing and so delicious Mexico for sure im coming back staff amazing you know what everything is just excellent for the family keep it up i made alot of friends Roony amazing guy Enrique best Raul the best and help me with my situation he knows what I mean LOL and Mr Aldo too amazing keep it up guys my first trip in Mexico for the first time was just amazing.
