"The staff was amazing and the food from the Placery was really good. The property itself could use an update. The window in my room was cracked with a bad repair and the air conditioner was very loud and did very little to cool off the room. The room needed to be updated."

"Room was clean, breakfast was fine and staff were nice. The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. The indoor pool was frigid and felt like it either had a broken heater or the heater was turned down to a point that it wasn't usable. Our kids...

"Location was good, room was clean. Tv options were not great (channel guide didn't work so you had to flip between each channel to find out what was on). There were apps for nextflix and others that didn't work. When asked the front desk about them... we were told they have never worked. Breakfast was mediocre: sausage didn't look cooked (grey looking vs brown) and pancake machine was hit or miss if it worked out not. Eggs were only available 1 out of the 4 days we stayed there. "The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The staff was kind, but didn't seem very engaged. The room had comfortable beds, but had a mildew-ish odor that just made it unpleasant. Everything was clean. There was a sign for a business center, but it turned out to be two computers in the lobby which was not conducive for a business zoom meeting that I had to participate in, so I left and went to a coffee shop. This hotel needs to be updated significantly."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed in our room. The help was very polite and respectful. The breakfast was absolutely perfect! The hotel was very clean and parking was great. We will definitely be staying here again."
