Hotel berdekatan Burslem Park

"Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast."

"We arrived late at around 10pm and Aaron who was night staff was wonderful! My youngest son was still talking about how nice he was the next morning. The family room we were in had recently been redecorated with new carpet etc and was very clean and welcoming. Beds were slightly hard but others liked them. The walls are however paper thin and unfortunately the family next door woke up at 5am and played music. You can also hear people talking in the next room so be mindful."

"I wish to warn others regarding this property. We booked for 1 night. Had initial message to confirm that they would send check in details closer to the time of check in but was never sent anything. They then did not respond to any requests for information regarding check in. We were unable to get access to the property when we arrived, luckily Expedia arranged alternative accommodation but it ruined our plans for the evening! Disgusting behaviour by the host. Also, the area that the house is in...

"The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. Outside, there is no off-street parking, we had to park on a side street a few hundred yards away. There was lots of rubbish and old rotten doors in the front yard! I would describe...

"Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved"

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. "

"Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen."

"Have stayed here before. It is a great place to stay when working in Stoke. Great communication and easy self check in."

"Good & clean"

"Best breakfast to set you up for the day. Always clean, friendly and helpful. Great laundry service too."

"Our room was nice and clean. The staff were happy and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious."
