"The room was so nice. And clean. And the staff they came to clean the room in the afternoon were so kind. Also on check in i had to call the reception about letting us in because our keypad for the door wasnt cooperating, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. The obly thing i will say is in our room more lighting in the cupboards where the tea and coffee id and also more sickets for plugging in phones. The room ws very dark and hard to see. Also make the keypad light up or make a sound when you tap the numbers. They are silent and it was hard to know if i was inputing the code and then the little siren would go off and that was confusing but other then that great place to stay and would stay again in a heart beatgo off and "

"Excellent location for a stay in Edinburgh as the tram directly into the city is a few minutes' walk away. The hotel staff were excellent (James looked after us well) and the breakfast was plentiful and well-organised. "
