"The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff."

"Whole experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. Room gave a unique but very comfortable experience and food albeit Bed & Breakfast was 1st class. Superb lunch and dinner venues are literally right outside whilst the service and choice in the bar in board were excellent. Been there a few times now and will our my place to go to when in Edinburgh from now on. The tram stop is about 3 mins walk and takes directly to city centre or airport. Could not ask for more. "From start to finish we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff was really polite and lovely. The food was incredible. Outstanding breakfast. Beautiful room with a huge comfy bed. We couldn't ask for better. "

"Clean room with spare blankets for colder night but room was warm. Bed was an actual double/queen not two singles pushed together. Shower had good pressure with extraction fan. Pub close had good deals with friendly helpful staff (shout out to wendy for helping with postage and other local questions) Breakfast had a good selection, was quick for service and tasted good."
