This is a nice hotel. Check in took a long time. It seems that the hotel is understaffed. The room was nice and the pool was great. The staff were friendly.

They are undergoing renovation work and new ownership. Good potential when work is done. definitely needs updating..paint/cracks etc. Room was clean..bed was great...nice pool. great location and price was right. Hope they do not increase the rates when major hotel chain takes over full control.

Checked in and checked right back out in less than 10 minutes. Got to the room we start cleaning soon as we flipped the sheets back it was a spider on the bed. We grabbed our bags left immediately & headed to the front desk requested a full refund!

Check in went to the room and it wasn’t clean then went back got in another room and the sofa bed didn’t even have a cover and found a dirty sock and hair tie. The cleaning lady was already in my room before I checked out

For the price this hotel gets a five star. It’s clean, it’s cheap, it’s very close to Knott’s Berry Farm, there’s a lot of good food around it, and the staff were a vibe 🙂
