"Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach"

"Really lovely place to stay, lots of nice features - honesty bar with QR code to pay, with range of products including Champagne, also similarly, drinks in room and snacks. Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay."

"Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference ."

"We had a wonderful break. Very friendly"

"Oddly enough my favourite thing about this hotel was the carpet in my room which was very thick and a delight to walk on. However there are many other plus points about this hotel. The location is excellent, next to the bus and train stations and the historic dockyard and with lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. The staff are very helpful. Every time I saw the owners I was greeted by name and asked if I...

It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular."

"Good clean room, staff very helpful and friendly."

"In the elevator of this hotel is a big sign requesting a five star review, however no one at this establishment puts any effort into Five Star service. Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. When we entered the room we discovered that the hand soap was empty. Later when we went to shower we found that the shower soap was also empty and that we only had...
