Hotel Dekat Broughton Leisure Centre

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Glass cutting board was very unpleasant to use and no designated place in the bathroom to hang towels but everything else was very orderly and when we had a clog in our shower, utility services helped us out very quickly and cleanly."

It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. "Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised. "

"Hotel was okay. They did not voluntarily clean your rooms everyday. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The hotel is walking distance to many places which is good. I guess you pay for what you were getting. The water was initially not getting hot but I told them about it and it improved. "
