"Room was clean and functional. Bathroom was great. Good selection for breakfast. Really liked the fresh coffee idea, but feel like there should be more coffee stations. When I wake up I like to have a coffee and didn’t feel like I could wander down through reception and the breakfast area to get one in my pyjamas. Maybe just having additional stations by the lifts on each floor would be great."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. Mahamed who just joined the team greeted us warmly, gave us some wildflower seeds to take with us and plant at home. Lani managed to secure us a large illustrated city map. The fruit infused water at reception was very welcome after an exciting day of travel. The bar staff helped us when they saw we needed their assistance.
