"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Breakfast was terrible both days bacon and sausages overcooked and poor quality eggs were bland tasteless and watery mushrooms tasteless and limp Beans lukewarm Coffee adequate it was a bad experience not recommended staff were also sullen and did not react well when asked for refills"

"Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Lovely room we checked in early with upgrade to higher floor which was nice a/c a little noisy nice breakfast but bacon bit dried up. Hotel very close to train station which was handy to leave luggage and spend time in the city would stay again "

"Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised. "
