"This is not a 4 star hotel as rated online. The bed was completely saggy on both sides, the pillows were quite firm and chosen for people with broad shoulders, very puffy. I asked for a different pillow and was told that there is only one type of pillow in the hotel. The push window opened, but there was no way to close it again. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was landing in there... I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered on that. The people at the front desk were courteous...

"Great location. Near our son’s apartment. 2 night stay. We ended up in a handicapped room which was not very clean and had several problems. Two electrical outlets did not work, the night lights did not work the beside table cords were twisted so the controls were on the sides. Someone left an 8 foot clothes rack on wheels in our room when we were out to dinner. Room was dark. Staff worked diligently to fix things. Beds were good. Service was good. "This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
