"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"We booked here so we could access the Childrens Hospital, which turned out a five minute walk away. Just perfect for our needs. One trick is put the card in the holder on the wall to use the TV. Silly us but the reception staff were very helpful. Also if walking to the hospitals just turn right after leaving the hotel and walk down the hill, you end up at the coffee club and it is all just across the road."

"Absolutely loved the staff member in reception the night of my booking. She was amazing and kind through checking us in while my special needs son was tired/overwhelmed and having a meltdown.
