"Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying. Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...

"The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. "

"Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant and deck seating were excellent. Our comment was we would eat there if we were locals because the food was delicious. Room was clean and nice. Nicely arranged for multiple people to share."

"Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. "

"on our arrival we were told our booked room had a person with the same name. Reception told us they would upgrade us but it would take some time. they gave us a $50 voucher for the adjacent restaurant which cost us $130 for a light meal. I had to ask for an engineer to fix a very noisy exhaust fan. would not go back"

"We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back! "
