I have stayed at this property. Numerous timesThe property is near the river and it’s nice to walk run along the path along the river easy access to shops. Staff were very approachable and easy to deal with. Would stay there again

Should advise that East St is on other side of railway as well. Reception very helpful to me. Steakhouse was good. Did not realise that we were going to hear trains all night, all good though as we are not precious and enjoyed watching the coal trains while we were sitting on balcony but prefer not to hear during the night.

Very clean and comfortable. My stay was erroneously double booked by travel agent and myself. It was picked up on the morning of check-in by hotel staff who rang me to check. The manager graciously fixed the issue without incurring extra costs to either party.

Very clean, secure parking & a very friendly receptionist. Had to go off premises & downstairs to smoke on the street, which isn’t ideal for a single female, yet other worse behaviours were expected to be tolerated by myself eg screaming kids & cursing mother & constant noise with doors slamming next door at all hours, yet despite having the quiet balcony, I had to put up with the cursing & screaming next door, yet not allowed to smoke on a balcony when all other windows were closed. Also no noise after a certain time, but screaming kids & cursing mothers, and doors slammed is acceptable behaviours compared to a responsible female smoker Having their safety at risk by being outside on the street after dark
