"I was so disappointed by The Cliff House. We arrived after 5pm and had a hard time getting our keys. There was another gentleman there having the same issue, so I know it wasn't just us. "After a long overnight flight I arrived at the lovely Hyatt Regency where the excellent staff checked me in to my room early. Perfect location. Extremely helpful team. Well designed room. Highly recommended"
