"The room smelled. There was no untensils or Tea bags. It was so noisy from other rooms,didn't get much sleep. You could smell poeple smoking in the building. The sheets were all marked with black marks."

"Great location and very nicely appointed guest rooms (we were fortunate enough to have a spectacular city view. Entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable and WiFi was faster than what I have at home. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and super helpful. ..."
