When I called ahead to confirm our reservation, the interaction already felt short and unwelcoming, and that same attitude continued during our stay. "The Hyatt Regency Times Square is right in the heart of Times Square. My room was clean and comfortable. "

"Great place for someone like that likes a clean hotel with quality bedding and good bathroom. I don’t need a fancy restaurant or lots of staff expecting tips. That said, the staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are small and are probably best for a short stay. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar that faces the Empire State Building. Very cool."
