"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"

"Room 2514, you need to replace the TV. The top 3 inches or so malfunction. The room darkening shades on the east windows do not overlap properly so therefore lots of light comes in during the mornings. Lastly, you get a little scotched in the shower every time someone else flushes a toilet in another room. Other than that, it was great."
