"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the view of the swimming pools was great, compounded by city lights at night. I especially liked the size of the restroom and how the toilet is separated. I enjoyed Mandalay Beach, it was safe with so many friendly lifeguards. I saw how well they were implementing children’s safety requirements. A few negative takeaways are as follows: 1. The guest service line is very long. However, very friendly staff (Kim). 2. The self-check-in kiosk is not easy to operate, especially when trying to figure out how to activate the key cards. 3. Self-parking lot is too far from the room."
