"Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant.
Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety.
Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

"Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception.
The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G.
The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower.
Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL."
