"Stayed 3 days, nicely centrally located to downtown Boise. Plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance. Room was kind of small, housekeeping won’t automatically refresh room unless requested. Otherwise very nice property, exceptional front desk, and very clean room. Wish it had the MLB channel on the tube. Would definitely come back!"

"Very nice place. We will stay there again but I am done with Expedia. I bought the insurance and was forced to cut our trip short because of the flu. I went to use the insurance for reimbursement of the last day of our stay and was then informed I would need a doctor visit documentation. I had not consulted a physician so I'm out $130 plus the money I spent on the worthless insurance."

After just one night, I was already impressed. The professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the room layout—everything exceeded expectations. Even my family noticed how clean and well-maintained the hallways and common areas were as we walked to our room. As our stay continued, my positive impression only deepened. There is something exceptional about this hotel that truly sets it apart—it should serve as a model for other Hilton locations. Even when a minor housekeeping issue arose, the staff and management addressed it immediately and sincerely. Management not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to personally apologize—something that never happened at other hotels, even when much more serious problems occurred.
