"The business process of checking in and checking out was so customer focus. It took less than 5 minutes. The office staff on site were great and were able to assist me when requested. The best part of it all was the parking. I didn't have to walk a long way to the service desk, walk down a hallway to get in some elevator, and walk down a hallway to get to my room if I was at a hotel. The bed was a little harder & the water temperature of the shower was a little cooler than I like, but I was still able to sleep okay and wash-up before heading out.
