The room was OK never saw the stuff they’re behind computers, but the breakfast was terrible. The half and half was old and curdled. The apples were bruised not what I expected as far as the breakfast.

It was interesting to have a person on a screen who was our receptionist checking us into our room. Our keys were created by a machine, as was our receipt. Easy....and Fascinating!

NEVER AGAIN! The bathtub look like it was dragged in from setting outside for years. The couch was disgusting. People outside smoking weed. You realy didn't want to touch anything. NEVER AGAIN!

The automated/robotic/girl in a box check in was odd, but entertaining. The outside lights flickering on and off throughout the night were disconcerting. The room was good, but the stopper function in the bathtub/shower was frozen with rust or calcium in the water, or whatever. Unable to get water to the showerhead.… so no shower

Lack of staff. Kiosk check in and out with a computer bot is not friendly or professional. It is a hotel not McDonald's fast food. We had a medical situation that required us to check out a day early. It was impossible to talk through a changing situation with a bot that would simply say drop your key card in the white plastic box. We will not return with current operational policy.

Screen check in with out of country person unable to understand. No live person at check in office. Side of mattress totally collapsed on one side making it necessary to sleep in middle. actually I enjoyed the property but, I did not like an overseas person talking to me instead of an actual human at the front desk. There was no one at the front desk and I really did not like that. It’s OK to cut corners but talking to a screen from someone in the Philippines is not what I think is a great idea. I do not like this business model change it, but I did like the other things just not that. People in that area should be given a job instead of outsourcing overseas.

I never got to stay there because, even though I confirmed with my credit card company that the charge was approved, the "kiosk bot" at the hotel told me it had been declined and wanted me to provide another card (so they could charge me TWICE?????). There are NO PEOPLE there to help you, just a kiosk with a remote person who won't do anything for you. I still have no idea whether I am going to be refunded the money that I paid for a room I never even saw, much less stayed in. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!
