"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...

"Stay away at all costs! Black mold in bedroom window sills from apparent water leak. Water for sink and shower was Luke warm, neither bedroom or living room TVs worked. When we called at Che k in they said they would send a handyman but no one vet came during our 4 day 3 night stay. When we called after the trip to let customer service know, they stated sorry for the inconvenience but they manage a lot of properties so they weren’t able to address the issues during our stay as the handymen were...

"The biggest problem is that we booked a best western but the hotel is actually a motel 6. In moderate disrepair. Apparently has not been a best western for a while. "
