"The hotel building and amenities were nice. The view of Dallas skyline from the rooftop pool and bar is great. The room was a spacious, almost loft-like set up. It is very clean. Interestingly, the building housed a former casket maker. Art work is everywhere and a grand piano sits in the modern chill lobby. The restaurant is very good but sparsely populated when I was there. "We booked the 2 queen bedroom and we’re given single queen bedroom. As we checked in late, I slept on the sofa. The reason was that there was no 2 queen bedroom available. The. Why did it allowed me to book at higher price if the property is not available. And there was no housekeeping who cleaned the room in our absence. We used the same towels for 2 days. Please refund our money."

"The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. Being a historic property gives it a unique character that's hard to find in newer hotels. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. I'm a light sleeper and really value a quiet room, so this made it difficult to get a good night's...
