"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting."

"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

I made the trip all the way back from the fifth floor to get the key reprogrammed, and went up again, and it didn’t work again. Third trip to the front desk, we were given a different room, but upon opening the door it reeked of smoke, either cigarette, or possibly marijuana. "I was very impressed with the SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas. We were in for a concert at American Airlines. I was a little nervous because it was downtown and was not sure of the area. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and the cleanliness of the area and the room. This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. American Airlines center is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean,...
